On September 26, in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly held a commendation conference for advanced collectives and model workers at central state-owned enterprises (SOEs). SINOSICO's Key Silicon-based Material Technology R&D Team for Integrated Circuits was honored with the title of "Advanced Collective of Central SOEs."
The titles "Advanced Collective of Central SOEs" and "Model Worker of Central SOEs" are jointly awarded by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council to recognize organizations and individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the reform and development of central SOEs, with evaluations taking place every five years. This year, a total of 491 advanced collectives and 792 model workers from central SOEs were recognized.
SINOSICO's Key Silicon-based Material Technology R&D Team for Integrated Circuits is an enterprising, dedicated, and innovative full-time research team focused on silicon-based materials essential for integrated circuits. The team is committed to addressing key technological challenges, working on the industrialization of various silicon-based materials required for the chip industry. The technology they developed for the preparation of silicon-based electronic gases has been certified to reach international leading standards. The team has secured 49 patents, set or revised eight industry standards, and achieved eight core technological results.
